Perigee Orbit Privacy

Perigee Orbit is a single-player arcade game. We do not require an account. Optional in-app purchases and an optional rewarded video (when you have no lives left) never gate core gameplay — you can wait for free life regen or play practice without ads or purchases.

What we collect

• Purchases: Apple StoreKit purchase status for optional in-app purchases (Ad-Free, Small Charge Pack, and Charge Pack), used only to unlock purchased content and restore purchases. Payment details are handled by Apple; we do not receive your card number.
• Advertising (optional rewarded ads): When you have 0 lives, you may choose to watch a rewarded video (Google AdMob) via WATCH FOR A LIFE to gain +1 life. This is not a mid-run “continue” and does not appear during gameplay. Ad requests are configured for non-personalized ads (NPA). Google and its partners may process device and advertising-related data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob documentation. We do not use the App Tracking Transparency prompt or track you across other companies’ apps and websites for this purpose. Ad-Free removes rewarded ads and raises the life cap.
• Game Center (optional): If you are signed into Game Center, Apple may process leaderboard scores and achievement progress. That data is subject to Apple’s privacy policy.
• Local progress: Levels, lives, inventory, and settings are stored on your device.

What we do not collect

• No account, email, or profile required by the game
• No analytics SDKs beyond what AdMob may use to serve the optional rewarded ad
• No location, contacts, photos, or microphone access
• No mid-game interstitial or banner ads
